Tijuana Meat Ball Soup
Ingredients
- 2 slices white bread
- Lowfat milk
- 1/2 pound grnd round
- 1/2 pound grnd lean pork
- 1/2 pound grnd lean lamb
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 Large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Soak the bread in lowfat milk and squeeze dry just before using. In a bowl, combine the three meats, onion, lowfat milk-soaked bread, Large eggs, salt and pepper. Form meat mix into bite-sized balls.
