Ingredients

  • 16 slices white bread
  • Plain cream cheese
  • 16 slices of ham, cut into 4 squares each
  • OR
  • 16 slices Pumpernickel
  • Salmon cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • OR
  • 16 slices Rye
  • Chive & Onion cream cheese
  • 1 small cucumber, cut into 32 thin slices
  • OR
  • 16 slices whole wheat
  • Garden Vegetable cream cheese
  • 2 medium tomatoes, each cut into 8 thin slices

Directions

  1. Remove crusts from bread; discard. Spread 1 tub (8 oz.) Cream Cheese Spread evenly onto 8 of the bread slices. Add toppings. Cover with remaining bread slices to make 8 sandwiches. Cut each sandwich into quarters to serve.
  2. Tip: These sandwiches can be made up to 2 hours ahead. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. 4 pieces is one serving
