Sweet and Sour Pork

Sweet and Sour Pork is a dish made of pork cut into serving pieces, marinated, and coated in flour and/or cornstarch, and then deep-fried. The sweet and sour sauce which consists of brown sugar, vinegar, and ketchup brings tastiness to this dish, and there are also vegetables which adds flavor.
You can also use the sweet and sour ready-to-mix sauce/mixture that can be bought at grocery stores.
