Sunday Supper Turkey Pot Pie Recipe

Directions
- Heat oven to 375 F.
- Heat 1 tbs. butter with the tbs. oil.
- Saute the onions and celery.
- Add another tbs. butter, then stir in the flour.
- Slowly add the milk.
- When thickened, add the other veggies, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper. If mixture is too thick, add a bit of broth.
- Pour the mix into the baking dish.
- Top with dough of choice.
- Bake 20-30 minutes.
