Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. Wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp -Water
  • 4 ounce Anchovies, (2-2 ounce. cans, packed in extra virgin olive oil)
  • 1 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. Wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1 sm White onion
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco
  • 1 pkt 3-ounce. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. -Water
  • 1 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Prepared mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
  •     pn Cayenne
  • 3 dsh Warm sauce
  • 1 c. Shrimp, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp. Light cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, finely choppd
  • 3 x Egg yolks, hard cooked, crumbled
  • 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. Dry sherry
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • 1 tsp Oregano, crushed
  • 1 sm Onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Chives, finely snipped
  • 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
  • 3 x Egg yolks, hard cooked, crumbled
  • 3 Tbsp. Parsley, very finely minced
  • 1 tsp Salt

Directions

  1. 1 C Mayonnaise1/4 c Dry sherry1 ts Lime juice1/2 ts Salt1/2 ts Grnd pepper1/2 c Green stuffed olives; finelychopped
  2. Oil & Vinegar Dressing - combine all ingredients and pour into screwtop jar with cover. Shake briskly till salt dissolves. Keep in cold spot. Mix well before using.
  3. Yields 1 c..
  4. Anchovy Dressing - place all ingredients in electric blender container and blend about 30 seconds. Pour into a jar with cover and keep in cold spot.
  5. Shake well to mix before using.
  6. Yields a little over one pint.
  7. Shrimp Dressing - Place all ingredients except shrimp, light cream, parsley, and egg yolks in electric blender container. Blend about 30 seconds. Pour blended ingredients into a bowl. Put shrimp through meat grinder with a fine blade. Combine the shrimp, light cream, parsley, and crumbled egg yolks. Add in to blended ingredients and mix thoroughly. Cover and chill. Serve generously over salad.
  8. Yields 1 qt.
  9. Oregano Dressing - combine all ingredients and pour into screwtop jar with cover. Shake to mix well. Let stand 1/2 hr. Shake again before using.
  10. Yields 1 c.. Parsley Dressing - combine all ingredients, mix well, use immediately.
  11. Yields 1 c..
  12. Dry Wine Dressing - combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve over green salad.
