Ingredients
1 stick butter, melted
1 (14 ounce.) can cream style corn, with liquid
1 (12 ounce.) can whole kernel corn, with liquid
2 Large eggs, beaten
1 c. lowfat sour cream
1 (8 ounce.) box corn muffin mix
Directions
Combine butter, corn and Large eggs, mixing well. Stir in lowfat sour cream. Sprinkle corn muffin mix over mix and beat well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
