Ingredients

  • 1 lb unpeeled large fresh shrimp
  • 1 tsp curry pwdr divided
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil divided
  • 1 med red bell pepper cut thin strips
  • 1 med green bell pepper cut thin strips
  • 1 sm purple onion cut thin strips
  • 2 Tbsp. brandy
  • 3 Tbsp. teriyaki marinade and sauce
  • 8 ounce fettuccine cooked

Directions

  1. Peel shrimp, and devein, if you like. Combine shrimp and 1/2 tsp. curry pwdr, tossing gently. Saute/fry shrimp in 2 Tbsp. warm oil in a large skillet 2 min or possibly just till pink. Remove from skillet.
  2. Saute/fry peppers, onion, and remaining 1/2 tsp. curry pwdr in remaining 2 Tbsp. oil in skillet till tender. Add in shrimp, brandy, and teriyaki marinade. Cook till thoroughly heated, stirring to loosen browned particles. Toss with pasta, and serve immediately.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
