Shrimp & Rosemary Cream Dip

Great Seafood Dip with any cracker assortment or chips.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces small shrimp (Fresh) deveined, peeled
  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • one tablespoon cocktail sauce
  • one teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 lemon (juice only)
  • 2 springs rosemary (chopped)

Directions

  1. Cook shrimp in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, drain, allow to cool and cut into pieces and add to a food processor
  2. Add cream cheese and pulse several times, add remaining ingredients and run processor to a desired consistency
  3. Transfer to a serving dish, cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving, garnish with rosemary
  4. We love this with a cracker assortment
