Sausage And Cheese Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

1 unbaked 9" pie shell 1 pound sausage 2 c. Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp. flour

2 teaspoon parsley flakes 3 Large eggs, beaten 1/2 c. minced onions 2/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook sausage and drain well. Combine sausage, onion, cheese, flour and parsley; mix well. Spread in pie shell. Beat together Large eggs and lowfat milk. Slowly pour over the sausage mix. Bake 35-40 min.
