Sausage And Cheese Quiche
Ingredients
- 1 unbaked 9" pie shell
- 1 pound sausage
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 2/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook sausage and drain well. Combine sausage, onion, cheese, flour and parsley; mix well. Spread in pie shell. Beat together Large eggs and lowfat milk. Slowly pour over the sausage mix. Bake 35-40 min.
