Ingredients

  • 1 ½ c of velouté
  • ½ c whipping cream
  • Kosher salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon juice

Directions

  1. Bring the sauce to a simmer. Beat in the cream by spoonfuls, simmering, until the sauce is the desired consistency. Season to taste with the salt, pepper, and drops of lemon juice.
