Ingredients
1 ½ c of velouté
½ c whipping cream
Kosher salt
Pepper
Lemon juice
Directions
Bring the sauce to a simmer. Beat in the cream by spoonfuls, simmering, until the sauce is the desired consistency. Season to taste with the salt, pepper, and drops of lemon juice.
