Ingredients

  • 1 can Chick Peas
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp Chris Ranch Chopped Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Rosies Mild Pepper Spread
  • 3 tbsp EVOO

Directions

  1. Drain Chickpeas (do not rinse) In a food processor then combine chickpeas, garlic, pepper spread, EVOO, juice from one lemon and a pinch of kosher salt. Process until creamy (may take up to 2 minutes) The more oil you add, the creamier it becomes, use less or add more to achieve desired texture.
