Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

- 1 can Chick Peas
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp Chris Ranch Chopped Garlic
- 3 tbsp Rosies Mild Pepper Spread
- 3 tbsp EVOO
Directions
- Drain Chickpeas (do not rinse) In a food processor then combine chickpeas, garlic, pepper spread, EVOO, juice from one lemon and a pinch of kosher salt. Process until creamy (may take up to 2 minutes) The more oil you add, the creamier it becomes, use less or add more to achieve desired texture.
