Ingredients

  • 4-6 pork chops
  • Minute Rice (servings for 6)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can milk

Directions

  1. Cook Minute Rice according to package directions. Spread in bottom of 9x13 inch pan.
  2. Place pork chops on top of rice.
  3. Mix soup and milk together; and pour over chops. Bake at 375 degrees 45 minutes to one hour.
