Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound cottage cheese
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp. gelatin
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 1/2 c. grated pineapple, liquid removed
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Rub cottage cheese through a sieve; add in salt. Soak gelatin in cool water and dissolve over warm water. Add in cheese; mix well. Add in mayonnaise, pineapple, and cream. Refrigeratein ring till hard. When ready, unmold, and serve with a dressing of mayonnaise plus little lemon juice and a little whipped cream. Use fresh fruit in center of ring.
