Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated orange rind
  • 1 x Lemon, juice of
  • 1/4 c. Castor sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 x Egg well beaten
  • 150 gm Cream, whipped

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the cream and cook over low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon till the mix coats the back of the spoon. Allow to cold thoroughly then fold in the beaten cream.
