This is a special recipe.....It is a dear memory.....ideal for summer.....for a picnick.

Ingredients

  • 225g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 7 tablespoon olive oil
  • 7 tablespoon white wine
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 100g salted cheese
  • 100g ham
  • 20 black olives and 20 green olives without kernels
  • olive oil for form

Directions

  1. 1.Mix flour with eggs,olive oil,white wine,baking powder.
  2. 2.Mix with the mixer or with the tablespoon,till becomes a uniform dough.
  3. 3.Chop the ham and salted cheese,and,add them in the dough.
  4. 4.Cut the olives in two,If they are too big,and insert them,also,in the dough.
  5. 5.Heat good the oven (at the maximum).
  6. 6.Grease a cake form or a normal tray.
  7. 7.Lay the dough,uniform with a knife.
  8. 8.Bake 20 minutes.
  9. 9.Served a little chilled on a plate,like appetizers.
  10. 10.It is great with beer.
