Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb cooked shrimp (ready to eat)
  • 1/2 c. Ketchup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp horseradish to taste
  • 1 dsh Tobasco Sauce
  •     Leaf lettuce for garnish

Directions

  1. To make cocktail sauce: Combine all ingredients except shrimp. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
  2. Put cocktail sauce in a small bowl and place on a plate covered with lettuce leaves. Arrange shrimp attractively around cocktail sauce. Serve chilled.
