My Dad's Shrimp Cocktails
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb cooked shrimp (ready to eat)
- 1/2 c. Ketchup
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- 2 tsp horseradish to taste
- 1 dsh Tobasco Sauce
- Leaf lettuce for garnish
Directions
- To make cocktail sauce: Combine all ingredients except shrimp. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
- Put cocktail sauce in a small bowl and place on a plate covered with lettuce leaves. Arrange shrimp attractively around cocktail sauce. Serve chilled.
