Ingredients

  • 3 c. dry bread cubes
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Use a 1 1/2 qt casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Put together in greased casserole:
  2. In separate bowl, mix:
  3. To this, add in slowly: 2 cups scalded lowfat milk. Add in to bread cubes and raisins. Bake uncovered for approximately 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8 people.
