Ingredients

  • 4 c. cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 1 med. bell pepper, minced
  • 1 sm. jar pimento, minced
  • 2 teaspoon wine garlic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon salad oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients in order listed. Chill 2-4 hrs before serving. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
