Ingredients
4 c. cabbage, finely shredded
1 lg. onion, minced
1 med. bell pepper, minced
1 sm. jar pimento, minced
2 teaspoon wine garlic vinegar
2 teaspoon salad oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix ingredients in order listed. Chill 2-4 hrs before serving. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
