Mexican Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 4 c. cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 med. bell pepper, minced
- 1 sm. jar pimento, minced
- 2 teaspoon wine garlic vinegar
- 2 teaspoon salad oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix ingredients in order listed. Chill 2-4 hrs before serving. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
