Mexican Coffee Recipe

Mexican Coffee

There is no better cocktail than warm Mexican Coffee. There's the classic recipe were Tequila and Kahlua liquors are used. Then sweetened with softened vanilla ice cream.

Instead of sweetening this with ice cream I used honey, added half-n-half to replace the smooth creamy element of ice cream. The liquor is not listed, but if you would like to make this an adult beverage add 3 ounces each Tequila and Kahlua.
