Ingredients

  • 2 whl Large eggs
  • 3 whl Egg Yolks
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
  • 6 ounce Semisweet chocolate
  • 2 ounce Cool Water Zest Of 1 Orange Juice Of 1 Orange
  • 1 pkt Unflavored Gelatin
  • 1 c. Whipping Cream, Half Whipped Whipped Cream, For Topping

Directions

  1. With your electric mixer, beat together the Large eggs, egg yolks, and sugar till the mix is very thick.
  2. Add in the Grand Marnier.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the chocolate with the water over very low heat.
  4. Grate the orange zest and add in to chocolate.
  5. Squeeze the orange juice and put in a small pan.
  6. Sprinkle the surface of the orange juice with gelatin.
  7. Add in the melted gelatin to the egg and sugar mix.
  8. Fold the chocolate into the mix and finally the lightly whipped cream.
  9. Fold till thoroughly blended.
  10. Pour into 1 1/2 qt serving or possibly souffle dish.
  11. Refrigeratefor 4 hrs.
  12. Serve with whipped cream flavored with vanilla or possibly Grand Marnier.
  13. Makes 6servings.
