Marinated Vege Quorn Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 8 x Wooden skewers
  • 1 pkt Quorn
  • 4 Tbsp. Greek yogurt
  • 1 x Lime, juice and rind
  • 2 Tbsp. Chicken tikka paste
  • 4 x Pitta breads
  • 1 x Iceberg lettuce
  • 2 x Tomatoes, minced

Directions

  1. Soak the wooden skewers in hot water for 10 min. Cut the chicken into small cubes. Grate the lime and squeeze the juice into a bowl. Add in the yogurt and tikka paste. Add in the Quorn and thread onto the skewers.
  2. Cook on a preheated ridged griddled pan, drizzle with a little olive.
  3. Fill the pita breads with some shreeded lettuce and tomato, top with the Quorn kebabs.
