Ingredients

  • 3 (15 ounce.) can black eyed peas, liquid removed
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 dashes warm sauce
  • Onion rings
  • Green pepper rings

Directions

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 3 days. Before serving, garnish with onion rings and pepper rings.
