Macaroni & Cheese With Stewed Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound macaroni (any type)
  • 1 pkg. sharp cheese
  • 1 pkg. American cheese
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Cook noodles according to package; drain. Place in casserole. Shred both pkgs. of cheese. Put in casserole. Pour stewed tomatoes with juice over top; mix well. Then add in lowfat milk, butter (melted), salt and pepper; mix well. Top with bread crumbs. Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour, covered.
