Ingredients

  • 8 ounce uncooked macaroni noodles
  • 1/2 c. reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. fat-free lowfat sour cream
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/3 c. minced green bell pepper
  • 1 can water-packed tuna - (6 ounce)
  • 1 x egg boiled, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper

Directions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package directions (but without adding salt), drain thoroughly, and rinse in cool water.
  2. Combine the mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, sugar, vinegar, and mustard in a small bowl and mix well.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Refrigeratebefore serving.
  4. This recipe yields 8 servings.
