Quick and easy and awesome!! Goes good with peas and a baked potato
For some reason the nutrition label on here calculates wrong, it's 4.5 grams of fat in a 2oz serving of chicken!

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Perdue chicken breast tenderloins
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1tablespoon oil
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2x -1/4 Dijon mustard
  • 2x- 1/8 honey
  • 2x - 1/4 tsp curry
  • 2x-1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. In a frying pan, put 1 tablespoon of oil in pan with 1/4 cup diced onions. Get the onions to look translucent.
  2. While doing that, sprinkle paprika, salt and pepper to your liking on chicken.
  3. Once the onions are translucent, place chicken in pan and cook till slightly brown.
  4. While chicken is cooking, in a bowl mix the honey, mustard, lemon juice and curry.
  5. Once chicken is slightly brown, pour mixture onto chicken in the pan. Flip the chicken every few minutes. The sauce will darken slightly and slightly thicken.
  6. It's ready to serve!
