Ingredients

  • 1 x 9 inch pie shell deep dish unbaked
  • 3 c. peaches * see note
  • 3/4 c. plus 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 x egg beaten
  • 2 x egg whites beaten
  • 1/2 c. nonfat lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine low-calorie

Directions

  1. Peel, pit and chop peaches.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Into pie shell, spoon peaches. In small bowl, combine 3/4 c. sugar, 1/3 c. flour and salt. add in egg, egg whites and lowfat sour cream, stirring till blended. Spoon this mix over peaches. In another bowl, combine 1/3 c. sugar and remaining flour.
  3. With pastry blender or possibly two knives, cut in margarine till mix is like coarse meal. Sprinkle mix proportionately over pie. Bake 1 hour or possibly till golden. Serve hot.
