Lemon~Rosemary Baked Salmon

Such a fragrant and scrumptious Salmon Dinner! Serve with brown rice.

Ingredients

  • 4 (4-6 ounce) Fresh Salmon Fillets
  • 2 Whole Fresh Lemons (lemon zest or twists)
  • Bunch of fresh Rosemary
  • Dash of White Pepper

Directions

  1. Pre Heat Oven 425 F
  2. Place Salmon Fillets (skin side down) on a rimmed non stick baking sheet pan, add squeezed lemon juice, white pepper
  3. Put into hot oven and bake 10-12 minutes
  4. Garnish with Rosemary, lemon twist
  5. I like to serve these with brown rice
