Lemon Ice Box Pie

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 (14 oz) can condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 9 inch prepared pie crust


  1. Combine the cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix until smooth. Pour into pie crust. Mix whipping cream and sugar until fluffy and add to top of pie. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
