Lemon Ice Box Pie

- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 (14 oz) can condensed milk
- 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoons lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 9 inch prepared pie crust
Directions
- Combine the cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix until smooth. Pour into pie crust. Mix whipping cream and sugar until fluffy and add to top of pie. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
