Irish Whiskey Wings without the Whiskey

As an individual that does not drink I wanted to make an Irish recipe for St. Patrick's Day that did not have alcohol in it. This recipe was a hit with my friends. This is non-alcoholic but included in the recipe is a way to use it with the Whiskey.
