Ingredients

  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 2 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 10 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat Large eggs at high speed till thick, about 5 min.
  2. Gradually add in sugar, beating till mix is light and fluffy. Combine flour and baking pwdr; add in to batter with vanilla and beat at low speed or possibly till smooth. In a saucepan, heat lowfat milk and butter just till the butter melts, stirring occasionally. Add in to batter, beating till combined. Pour into a greased 13"x9"x2" baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 min or possibly till cake tests done. Cold on a wire rack.
