Ingredients

  • 16 oz. heavy cream or whipping cream
  • 14 oz. can of condensed milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ΒΌ cup brown sugar
  • 3-4 tbs. honey
  • JK Chocolate Micochip cookies or crumbled cookies of any kind

Directions

  1. Combine the honey and brown sugar and gently fold through the whipped cream mixture.
  2. Place in a container and freeze 5-6 hours or until an ice cream consistency forms.
  3. Garnish with cookies.
