Green chili sauce (below)
Lowfat sour cream
Cheese
Extra guacamole
Directions
Dice pork into chunks. Dash of each: Cumin, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper. Make guacamole. Mix with meat. After cooling, wrap burros and add in topping.
