Guacamole Pork Burros
Ingredients
- Green chili sauce (below)
- Lowfat sour cream
- Cheese
- Extra guacamole
Directions
- Dice pork into chunks. Dash of each: Cumin, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper. Make guacamole. Mix with meat. After cooling, wrap burros and add in topping.
