Grouper With Grand Marnier Sauce

*There were no measurements in this recipe. My kind of recipe!

I love this sweet sauce made with Grand Marnier & Maple Syrup. Slits are made in the grouper and stuffed with cream cheese & red pepper jelly. Choose a fillet that's on the thick side. It's easy and delicious. Visit my blog cucinananette.blogspot.com and get all the details to this keeper.
