Ingredients

  • 4 x striped bass portions - (6 to 7 ounce ea)
  • 4 c. Summer Orzo Salsa (see recipe)
  • 4 x scallions grilled
  • 1 Tbsp. white truffle oil Minced fresh chives for garnish

Directions

  1. Grill striped bass till done. Place salsa in the center of the plate and place the bass over the Summer Orzo Salsa. Garnish with grilled scallion, truffle oil, and chives.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
