Grilled Striped Bass With Summer Orzo Salsa
Ingredients
- 4 x striped bass portions - (6 to 7 ounce ea)
- 4 c. Summer Orzo Salsa (see recipe)
- 4 x scallions grilled
- 1 Tbsp. white truffle oil Minced fresh chives for garnish
Directions
- Grill striped bass till done. Place salsa in the center of the plate and place the bass over the Summer Orzo Salsa. Garnish with grilled scallion, truffle oil, and chives.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
