Ingredients

  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. cornmeal
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Mix meal, flour, sugar and salt. Add in Large eggs, oil and lowfat milk; beat till smooth. Pour into greased skillet and bake at 425 degrees for 25 min.
