Ingredients
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Large eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 c. lowfat milk
Directions
Mix meal, flour, sugar and salt. Add in Large eggs, oil and lowfat milk; beat till smooth. Pour into greased skillet and bake at 425 degrees for 25 min.
