Granny's Cornbread
Ingredients
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Mix meal, flour, sugar and salt. Add in Large eggs, oil and lowfat milk; beat till smooth. Pour into greased skillet and bake at 425 degrees for 25 min.
