Ingredients

  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. matzah meal
  • 1/2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp dill

Directions

  1. Beat Large eggs with oil. Add in matzah meal and dill and mix well. Chill for 1/2 hour. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Rinse hands with cool water (so matzah balls will not stick) and make small balls. Drop them into the water. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 45 min.
  2. Makes 12-15 matzah balls.
