Fluffy Matzah Balls
Ingredients
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. matzah meal
- 1/2 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp dill
Directions
- Beat Large eggs with oil. Add in matzah meal and dill and mix well. Chill for 1/2 hour. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Rinse hands with cool water (so matzah balls will not stick) and make small balls. Drop them into the water. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 45 min.
- Makes 12-15 matzah balls.
