Ingredients

  • 2 EGGS, 1 CUP SUGAR, 1TSP VANILLA, 1CUP FLOUR, 1TSP BAKING POWDER, 1/4 TSP SALT,1/2 CUP MILK, 1 TSP BUTTER

Directions

  1. IN A MEDIUM MIXING BOWL ADD THE EGGS, ADD IN AND BEA. T LIGHTLY THE SUGAR, THE VANILLA, AND IN A SEPARATE BOWL COMBINE FLOUR BAKING POWDER, SALT. FOLD DRY INGREDIENTS INTO EGG MIXTURE, IN A SMALL SAUCEPAN, BRING TO BOIL THE MILK AND 1 TSP BUTTER OR MARGARINE. SLOWLY ADD MILK TO BATTER, STIRRING GENTLY, POUR INTO WELL- GREASED AND FLOURED 9''X9'' PAN YOU CAN SUCCESSFULLY DOUBLE THIS RECIPE USING A 9X 13'' PAN BAKE 30 TO 40 MINUTES @ 325*F
