Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. Beer Flat
  • 1/3 c. Water
  • 1/4 c. Minced Onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Mustard Prepared
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly Margarine Softened
  • 3 c. Bread Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Mustard Pwdr
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 3/4 tsp Yeast

  1. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the
  2. Select Basic/Whate cycle. Use Medium or possibly Light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan and coll on wire rack.
