Crispy Baked Fish

These taste just like fish sticks, but without the bad preservatives!

Ingredients

  • 4 fillets any white fish
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
  • 1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper (opt.)
  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley (opt.)
  • 1 teaspoon butter, melted

Directions

  1. Lightly grease a shallow baking pan.
  2. Rinse fish and pat dry.
  3. In a small bowl, beat egg white with water.
  4. Dip fish in egg mix, then roll in crumbs.
  5. Arrange in pan and sprinkle with lemon pepper, parsley, drizzle melted butter over all.
  6. Bake, uncovered 20 min.
