Ingredients

  • 1 lrg Pkg. rasberry jello
  • 1 1/4 c. Boiling water
  • 1 lrg Can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 lrg Can undrained crushed Pineapple
  • 1 c. Minced nuts (walnuts or possibly Pecans)
  • 3/4 c. Port wine
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir cranberry sauce in thoroughly. Add in pineapple, nuts and wine. Pour into a 9x 13 inch glass dish and refrigeratefor 24 hours. When ready to serve, stir cream cheese till soft, add in lowfat sour cream and beat well. spread on top of Jello
