Cranberry Wine Jello Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lrg Pkg. rasberry jello
- 1 1/4 c. Boiling water
- 1 lrg Can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 lrg Can undrained crushed Pineapple
- 1 c. Minced nuts (walnuts or possibly Pecans)
- 3/4 c. Port wine
- 8 ounce Cream cheese
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
Directions
- Dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir cranberry sauce in thoroughly. Add in pineapple, nuts and wine. Pour into a 9x 13 inch glass dish and refrigeratefor 24 hours. When ready to serve, stir cream cheese till soft, add in lowfat sour cream and beat well. spread on top of Jello
